So disappointed in the service here. Everything was fine until I rescheduled an appointment with at least a week or ten days before the appointment. At that time I was told I would need to pay upfront to book before another session. I was a little confused but I said no worries. However I was attempting to get documents from doctor to doctor, and when I explained my situation and asked for help navigating, as I could not get in touch with the doctor I needed a signature from, they kept texting me the same thing over and over... read more
