I don’t like leaving bad reviews but after several experiences with the same thing I feel the need to speak up. I used to love coming here, however the past two times I have attempted to go and get services done and I had horrible service. A few months ago I had come in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax, when finished with my pedicure they told me they didn’t have time to do the wax and asked me to come back another day…mind you it was my only day off and I was told prior to starting ANY service that they had time to do both. Gentleman doing my pedicure was so busy arguing with the other staff members I felt like he did not even know I was there. This lasted the entire time I was getting my pedicure. Very unpleasant experience. I don’t think I will be back.

This nail spa is a disaster! Cold water for pedicures and nail tech didn't know how to paint nails...buffed my nails so thin that they hurt and dripped polish everywhere!! I finally had to say no polish after they tried to say I needed to pick a different color because it was the polish instead it's the service! Absolutely terrible!
