This nail spa is a disaster! Cold water for pedicures and nail tech didn't know how to paint nails...buffed my nails so thin that they hurt and dripped polish everywhere!! I finally had to say no polish after they tried to say I needed to pick a different color because it was the polish instead it's the service! Absolutely terrible!
really like this nail salon. I never have to wait long when I arrive, which I really appreciate, and they do a great job accommodating my nail design ideas. The quality can depend a bit on which tech you get, but overall I’ve had good experiences and would recommend giving them a try.
I got my nails done for homecoming and when I was getting my nails done my nails were stinging. I the proceeded to pay $65 for nails that chipped and the polish was peeling after 3 days of getting them done. I also got cut and was bleeding during the process of getting the done. The nails are not almond shaped like I asked for. I got these done for my first ever homecoming and my nails were horrible and trashed. I will never be going back
Love my nails by Kimmy!! I moved away more than a year ago and can’t find anyone who makes my nails as nice. I was happy to be back in the area to stop in and have Kimmy work her “magic!” She is quite an artist!!
Lan Salon has been my go-to since moving to Harrisburg in 2021, and they never fail to impress. I’ve seen some ‘poor reviews’ and can confirm it’s often about rude customers, not the salon. Treat the staff with respect, tip appropriately (20% is standard!). Sue’s pedicures are top-notch, and the ‘pearl’ mani-pedi for my wedding was perfect. Clean, professional, and worth every penny—thank you, Sue! Can’t wait for an excuse to get my nails done next
