The statement I received from them doesn't even show I paid $220.71 (it did clear the bank), so who did I pay for? POOR PATIENT SERVICE AND THEY'RE HARDLY EVER OPEN TO STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT OR ANSWER THE PHONE.
