Dr Chen did a great job advising me on my toe injury. Thankfully, it did not require surgery, but she guided me through the healing process.
I had a great experience with Dr. Lan Chen as my orthopedic surgeon. She performed a surgery on my broken left foot 2nd and 3rd metatarsals and I have fully recovered. She addressed my questions in person and online thoroughly in a timely manner despite a visibly busy schedule. She made me feel comfortable that I could trust her every step of the way and I am really lucky to have found her through UCSF after calling/seeing other practices unsuccessfully. She deeply cares about her patients and I highly recommend her.
other than a somewhat complicated location in terms of parking, my visit with Dr. Chen was very helpful - she was thorough, knowlegeable and to the point.
