Dr. Ban is extraordinary! He is attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. He is willing to take the time necessary to address all my concerns. I feel very fortunate to be under his care and guidance.
Haven’t needed to see since 2019. Was in emergency room for Left chest/shoulder pain radiating down left arm, emergency doctor provided pain meds and some tests. Told to follow up with Ban next day. Called office and they won’t see me for over a month. Since they haven’t seen me since 2019 I need to reestablish patient care before they will even talk to me about left side chest/shoulder pain radiating down left arm.
