I had an appointment for 1:45pm and arrived early to fill out paperwork as asked. It was around 2:15pm when I was finally called back by a nurse. I could hear Dr. Tran chatting in the hallway but she didn't manage to see me until after 3pm. She started off by saying that, since I'm a new patient, the point of the appointment was to get a feel for whether we were a good fit.
