와 진짜 이런 의사 처음 봅니다. 가운도 입고 있지 않고 화려한 사복에 화장. 의사 맞나라는 생각으로 계속 면허증 보면서 진료 봤는데, 외관이야 개인적인 취향이라 쳐도 오진. 작년에 한국에서 진단 받았던 것과 똑같은 증상에 수포도 있어서 갔는데 아니라는 거에요. 포진은 간지러움 증상이 없다며 무좀이라고 약 처방 해주는데. 검색해보니 밤에 미친듯 가려운 것은 포진이라고 무좀약(항진균제)먼저 쓰면 악화될 수 있다네요. 하 화나네.
최근에 바뀐 리셉션이 너무 4가지가 없었어요. 특히 말투... 너무 별로임. 리셉션 서비스 할려면 제대로 하시길:(

The receptionist asked detailed symptoms of the reason for my visit (not something I want to discuss at the front desk with no privacy) with the reason being that she had to set things up for the appointment depending on the symptoms, and at the end she said that there were no doctors available to see me in person because the (only) doctor was sick, but she checked me in for a phone appointment. They need to make sure to give customers notice if the service is not available, no matter what happens. I came here all the way from downtown, and of course I made an appointment. They said the doctor's gone because she's sick. ????????????????????? Huh? I didn't receive any texts or emails AT ALL. Please please plase make sure to let your clients know if there's any change or emergency happens so that WE DON'T HAVE TO WASTE OUR TIME AND MONEY.
