This place is filled with roaches. The maintenance guy, Juan has no idea of what he's doing. I once asked him why hot water was taking so long to get going in my bathroom and he gave me a story of how the hot water had to travel 30 minutes from the outside to get inside. Wrong. The problem was that he had labeled the hot water cold and the cold water hot in the faucet. The manager, Rosa is a scum bag. I was late with the rent and she turned my power off until I called housing authority and they had her turn my power back on.... read more

Si buscas lugar tranquilo este es bueno lo que si es que cada mes sube 100 dolares que la luz que no se que..y si ahí cucarachas pero administración dice k tu las llevas cuando te mudas entre pagando 1200 más 90 de luz correo y no recuerdo k mas siguiente mes 1397, siguiente mes 1497 así k no pude pagar más además el departamento era de 1 recamara y solo 1 sueldo no pude pagar más tiempo así k me salí dejando todo limpio deje el departamento como lo encontré sin manchas esepto la estufa xk es eléctrica no supe limpiarla y no... read more
