Side entrances/exits that are supposed to be open are closed. Speed bumps are hidden.
They do not require residents to keep their lots and mobile homes clean. Also they do not do anything for loud noisy neighbors or neighbors that steal packages. They also like everyone else says raise the rent but do nothing to improve the park. They did pavement recently but only partial roads. The place also smells like sewage half the time. I would not recommend this place if you want quiet decent and clean neighbors
