Fed up? So are we! Find our page Colorado Mobile Home Residents United, residents like you, in mobile home parks owned by Kingsley in Utah. There's also a meeting tonight (5/17) at 5:30 at Broomfield City Hall, with city,state and federal reps. Pass it along please! We're trying to get the word out, but Kingsley does everything it can to shut us down.

First off, My grandmother lived in this park for nearly all my life. Used to be a great park and now due to new management has gone to hell No parking in the streets was the first issue but understandable due to street size and people not being courtious of others space in front of their homes, etc Then 3 days before thanksgiving last year had to take down our fence that has been there for over a decade and was maintained. 3 days before Christmas got a notice to go to court s... Have lived here for over 10 years, seen community managers come and go. None were missed by any in the community, until now. Steve has been manager for a few years - best decision their corporate office ever made. He cares about the community and people who live here - and it shows. This community never looked better. New homes replace old and dilapidated. Home owners take pride in their houses and property - maintaining, painting, landscaping and all else.
