The bald receptionist (that every other review has complained about) called the police and had me trespassed simply for asking him for the manager’s phone number because my AC was broken. I sat in the lobby for 15 mins waiting for him to cool off because I get it, everyone has bad days from time to time, but he was just yelling at me and calling me a “little manipulator” and “menace.” I took a voice recording as proof because I was literally shaking by the end of it. Hi I had a trip for the 4th of July weekend with my family. The location is good with it not being too far from Cal Poly, and 30 minute's from Pismo. The room service was amazing. We were scheduled for 3 nights and the cleaning service was supposed to be for 2 out of the 3 days. The housekeeper cleaned the room all 3 days. Hi, My review isn’t about the rooms, it’s about the service specifically. I booked the hotel and reached at midnight but the lobby was closed upon calling I found out that they don’t do late check-in, I wasn’t aware of that as I booked the hotel via credit card and never visited their website.
