Note that if you are going to arrive late (after 10pm), the office will be closed and you will be SOL. We did not know this as it is not readily visible on their website (I was a returning customer and just clicked through to make the res) nor was it on our reservation confirmation page or email. We did receive a phone call just after 9pm asking when we might arrive and stating that the office would be closed (time unspecified) but we were driving and did not receive the phone call until 10pm. check-in was simple and easy, friendly staff. sadly we were given the wrong room key and room and entered with a man laying on the bed with a laptop open thankfully we were early to his party. Our actual room (14) was floor level, large with a view of the pool and jacuzzi. The AC and heater did not work. The bed was lumpy and squeaky... Bathroom was...fine... Also both the jacuzzi and pool were not open or working as of April 6 2026.

Air conditioning was broken and they wouldn't move us. Come to find out the majority of AC units were broken, Cigarette burns in the bed covers, rude front desk, broken ironing board, weird pillows and uncomfortable beds.

My room key wouldn’t work so the desk staff gave me another room. The key worked once, then failed. My third trip to the office was for help with connecting with the WiFi. But the signal was weak so I couldn’t watch videos. Desk help was unenthusiastic, if not annoyed. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the best part was that there were blankets so I could easily adjust cover for great sleep.

Will rip you off with hidden/extra charges. They have a problem answering the phone and won't reply to your email either. They suck.
