This was probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a hotel, the AC didn’t work and my friend and I were pouring sweat all night, the red bed cover had bodily fluid on the underside of the comforter, the stuffing was coming out of the mattress from under the bed cover and the sheer curtains were ripped like someone stuck a knife through it, when we notified the front desk about the AC they said they would make a note and see about getting us switched to a different room when we came back to the property for night two. ... read more

I would advise to not waste your money here. Staff is unprofessional and will lie. I was given 2 rooms with AC that did not work. After second room with no AC, I was told that due to being a holiday weekend that they could only do a 20% discount and that I would have to contact the party I booked it with. When I did, I got this email back. AND they also stated I had more people in the room, which was not true. Why would I bring someone around if your AC was not even working? Makes no sense. If I could give no stars they would get 0 stars. The room that was first given to us had mold in the bathroom, it smelled awful. We had to ask them twice to switch our room before they did. In the second room, the smoke detectors, didn't work.One of them didn't have batteries , and the second one just kept on beeping all night. The second room no lie it looked like a room where somebody goes and does drugs. It was just horrible. The walls were dirty,the bathroom had mold the refrigerator had mold. I stayed there for two nights The air conditioning did not work The room was hot it was not a pleasurable stay they couldn't fix it and did not take care of me in any way I would not recommend this place

Rude and unaccommodating front desk attendant. Do yourselves a favor and book at any other hotel in the city, we ended up giving our business to the Wayfarer along the road. They were over booked, and yells at us for a late check in with an additional charge. LMAO, he then tries to rub it in our face by offering $20 discount to the guy after us and pretending to be making a big deal about it. 🤣
