Cockroaches 🪳 in the room, no smoke detectors, broken couch, disgusting carpets, and mold by the window. They have us this room knowing we had our 5 day old son.
I recently stayed at the Lamplighter for five days. On Monday night, I mentioned to the front desk that the TV, phone, and safe box in my room weren’t working. The person there said he’d let the maintenance team know. The next evening when I got back to the hotel, I followed up to see if anything had been done, but he said he didn’t have any update. Очень нелюбезный молодой человек на стойке. В пустом отеле не нашлось номера на первом этаже ( у жены повреждено колено). В первой комнате не работал вай фай. Во второй комнате сломан весь свет. В третьей комнате хотя бы был интернет, но в ванной волосы и микроволновка явно старше, чем я сам. На одну ночь - терпимо. Имейте ввиду, что они берут залог 50$ , про который нигде нет информации. Стыдно брать залог за такие номера с дырками в стенах и сломанными удобствами
