Local fave Lamplighter is a local favorite in Palatine. If the weather is nice, go upstairs on the patio/balcony and order a tasty (if not too big) "wrap basket" in one of the several varieties. Service could be a bit faster, but then again, maybe they are just giving you time to enjoy the deck and order that second beer!
early morning drinking what bad can you say about a bar that opens at 6am? nothing. this place rules! the downstairs bar area is pretty small, but upstairs they have a sweet patio and an open space for live music. get up and get drinking!
Fun times Every time I have gone to Lamplighters I have had a good time. The downstairs is a bit crowded, but the upstairs is large enough to accommodate a good sized private party.
Best bar in town Kinda pricey but still good the foods good and the mix some damn good hurricanes.I would say its my fav but glenview house is my home.
