I currently live in this mobile home park, and while the home itself is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit, the community rules make living here unnecessarily complicated and frustrating — especially for growing families. Actualmente vivo en este parque de casas móviles, y aunque la casa en sí es espaciosa, con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, las reglas de la comunidad hacen que vivir aquí sea innecesariamente complicado y frustrante — especialmente para familias en crecimiento. You can't do anything unless they approve, cannot own a trampoline at all, can't have more than 2 vehicles if you do the third will constantly be towed unless parked off the property at a friend or family members and no you can't get a permit to park in the extra parking. Road is full of potholes that they just patch making the road worse. Gets flooded with any type of rain where you can barely even drive in or out. Lady at the front office is no help at all either.

Very nice place to live and the lady at the office is very polite and helpful.
