Was hoping things could look up with new managers.... but so far, the pool isn't even being looked at to be worked on, though the previous managers did all kinds of repairs for 2 years or more already.....but it needs more!? And now assume management does not live on site, as on the weekends residents decide they're going to do whatever the hell they want. I think people need to clean there yard, porches, this would be s 5 star mobile home park if people would just care about how they live, I've been here almost 14 yrs and I just see people not caring, we shoud all have monthly meeting to share are view to make this park number 1 Colorado springs
