Nice apartment layout, quiet building, great location and community. Homestead however manages the building poorly with no regard for tenants . Construction projects have been ongoing for at least 4 years and there is no end in sight Homestead hires the lowest bidding contractors who repeatedly do poor quality work. Homestead has no consideration for tenants having to endure the noise, grime, inconvenience, etc. caused by the construction. All they care about is the money.
