As seen in other reviews, the receptionist Laura is very dismissive and when I realized they were being dishonest with me regarding insurance, she was completely unsympathetic. On a 3-way call with my insurance, she contradicted everything she had told me and acted as if she had never said anything else. Interesting how you go to counseling expecting to be treated like an adult and end up being gaslighted. I am fully expecting to be gaslighted on my review too, but we'll see. I do not recommend.
Excellent facility with therapists who truly listen and care. Paul is the best therapist I have ever had and is one who truly listens. Highly recommend.
Didn't have such a good experience with them I felt let down and unheard embarrassed, wasn't getting good help or good tips or coping skills like I needed. Just straight up pain talking to someone not gonna say names. Wish it was better.
They really just let anyone become a therapist
