I highly do not recommend this law firm if you are battling a “high conflicted” custody battle. Both attorneys are very nice but no experience when it comes to representing someone when dealing with a narcissist. Half way through out the case, they will try to use financial reasoning to justify them not knowing how to properly represent someone in a contested custody battle.
I initially contacted this law firm a couple of months ago for information and reached out again for clarification and to see if there might be another route or option available for my situation. I even drove to the office hoping to speak with someone directly, only to find that you cannot enter the building. I had to leave my information and communicate with the receptionist from outside, standing at the door and trying to hear her through the glass. That experience alone felt impersonal and frustrating.
