Lamphear is excellent! When Ahron came out to our house to provide us a free estimate for replacing our boiler, he not only kept his cool when my dog had a seizure, but he replaced a solar powered mole repellant stake he said he accidentally broke (which we brushed off and said not to worry about) by buying us a whole new replacement set! This company is honest and great people all-around.
Lamphear Service is a great company to do business with!!! I would give 10stars if I could. On a Saturday night, we had a no-heat emergency. We initially called Grapids Heating to look at our furnace. After a couple of hours, we were told our furnace was not repairable and too dangerous to use and that it needed to be replaced right away. They shut it off and put a notice to not operate on it. We have used Lamphear Service for over 2 years for all of our properties HVAC service and installation, we will continue to use them and recommend them to our clients. The owner and staff have always been responsive, courteous, fair and most importantly, reliable.
We have had two installations on two different properties both went perfect. Crew was professional on time explained everything start to finish. Mini split at our cabin was a game changer did exactly what we needed. Next install was a new garage man cave they installed both a mini split in the second floor finished area and new ceiling mount heater in the storage bay.
