Spoke with Devon on the phone about window casing. When I stopped in a few hours later, he had a sample piece that I could take home to compare with the casing I'm trying to match, along with a sample kit of finish options to compare with the existing casing. There was also a quote prepared for pricing when I'm ready to order. Very helpful and professional.
I ordered 2 new kitchen cabinets to replace warped cabinets that are in a home I just bought. The new cabinets came so warped we could not put them up. Lamperts made 2 new replacement doors and one came chipped and scratched and the other so warped we again cannot hang it. That whole process took 5 months of back and forth. I asked for some money back from the 200 dollars I spent to repair and paint the one cabinet and I was denied that. I would NEVER recommend Lamperts to anyone.
