Horrible customer service! Place was a ghost town when we walked in. We were constantly watched and followed the entire time and we were treated like thieves while trying to return a hot water heater part that didn't work (and ended having to buy a whole new hot heater because of it). On top of that we were charged a 10% "restocking fee" for a part that was not and could not be used. I've shopped at Ace in Marble falls, Granite Shoals, San Saba, and Brady and was never treated like this. Definitely will not be back nor recom... read more
You will not find any better customer service. My only complaint is pricing. I only use this place when no one else has it. Great store just to high of prices
