I had a disappointing experience and feel ripped off by this shop, and I would not recommend it. I contacted the owner on Friday, and she assured me she could fix my table lamp cord and plug socket and quoted me a price if I brought it in the same day. She also quoted me a specific price. After driving 20 minutes to the shop, I was informed that the price had changed, and the repair could not be completed on the same day as promised. Uggh. I feel raped financially. Will not ever use them again. Prices are way too high. Come on guys. Reporting to BBB.
My lamp was repaired quickly, but very overpriced service for the small repair needed! $80 to fix the switch on a floor lamp, I wish I had tried to make the repair myself. I am certain I could have had this repaired elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Good job if you don’t mind paying a premium price. They only accept cash or check.
