I have never experienced such a corner cutting cheap company before. Matt even stated that he under bid the job, so consequently he cut corners and hired awful subcontractors. He was paid for the entire job up front. There is still paint marks that I am trying to scrape off the concrete floors in my home. There was never an update or meeting during the job process. We hired Lamp Design + Build to demo our existing garage, and build a bigger more customized garage. Everything was completed on time and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they did for us. If you're looking for a contractor that's capable of getting your job done start to finish, look no further. Matt and his team really are the best, they were so knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way.
I am so pleased with my beautiful new pool house designed by Mel Lamp. Lamp Design and Build has a wonderful staff and crew that worked so hard to make this happen. Not only is it a beautiful space but all workmanship was outstanding from framing, Sheetrock, tile work, flooring and finishing. The crew was always professional, polite and respect.
