I was given a residential lease for a commercial property. I’ve asked for an egress in the back of the shop or keys to the existing doors and deadbolt blocking a safe exit and I’m told I don’t need one. The windows have metal bars on them blocking a safe passage in a fire. My front door kept being left open from the leasing agent walking through my space to get the mail which is outside.
Outstanding service! By far the best property management company around. Very good people.
