I purchased a hand blown glass lamp; however, when it arrived the glass base was slightly broken and the electric cord was severed. I called the owner, Paul to repair the cord. He took the lamp to his shop and then called me and told me that he had broken the glass base off the lamp by applying too much pressure. This lamp was $240.00. Upon him telling me he broke it I really no longer wanted the lamp he offered to fix the base with an inferior acrylic base or to pay for the replacement of the lamp.
