SCAMMERS!!!! I specifically booked and paid for a Dazzle Dry manicure because I am leaving for Italy tomorrow and wanted my manicure to last throughout my two-week trip. When I arrived for my appointment, I confirmed with the nail technician that I was receiving Dazzle Dry, and she confirmed that yes, that was what I was getting. Terrible scheduling, zero respect for client time, and obvious favoritism. I booked a 5:15 PM slot for an acrylic removal. Upon arrival, the tech assigned to me was deep into another client's service, proving they double-booked me from the start. They refused to even start my soak-off, yet another customer who walked in at the exact same time as me was immediately catered to and seated before me. The microaggressions and unfair treatment were loud and clear. I walked out and will never return.
