This review is in response to the review left by Robin HSW. I was there and witnessed the entire situation, and from what I saw, her review does not accurately reflect what happened. She was not polite from the beginning. She was rude to the staff, used foul language, and repeatedly interrupted employees while they were helping other customers. Just a tale of woe about the new owners at L’Amour Nails on Hypoluxo…. I had a 4:00 appt for a mani/pedi…made over a month ago because my technician books up and we are going away tomorrow morning. When I got there, I found out someone had apparently cancelled my appointment. Emily, my technician, felt awful that this happened and said she would stay late if I could come at 6:30.
