Painful and Unprofessional - Careless with the E-File! If I could give zero stars, I would. I only needed a gel removal, but the technician obviously didn't have the training to use the machine properly. She kept slipping and cut my skin in multiple places with the nail drill. Even after making me bleed, she didn't even bother to put any oil, antiseptic, or anything on the cuts.
