I was there one time and never went back . Seems like they only care about is money . I have had my nail done in many different places, these is by far the worse.
I have now been here a few times for pedicures. last couple times have had a horrible experiences! Yes tried to give benefit of doubt first bad experience. This time both big toes weren’t fully painted asked to be fixed they agreed but the guy treated me like crap. So I had to go dry again before put top coat on well they proceeded to only put it on one toe refused others due to it messing the first toe up again! Money wasted again to have to come home redo!
I love my nails. The staff is friendly. They truly wanted to understand what I wanted. Thank you for making me feel pretty. I will be back.
I would highly advise against going here because of their sexist policies. I visited with my sister and we both signed up at the same time for basic services (just a basic manicure). When the host sat us, she assumed I was only spectating and pulled up a chair for me to watch my sister. When I stated that I was actually getting a manicure too as we put on the sign-in form, she told me to have a seat next to her and to wait. I assumed this would be a short wait. Today was a total disappointment for my three daughters after we have been going there for over three years consistently, and even though we live about 35 minutes or more away depending on traffic, it was always worth it. My youngest has never gotten a full set done anywhere and wanted to get gel put on her own nails. She does wrestling, and acrylic nails won't work for her.
