Horrible. I requested a manicure and no chip. When I noticed I wasn’t getting a manicure and just a polish change I requested a manicure. The nail tech became super agitated and claimed I didn’t know what I wanted. As he proceeded to give me a manicure he yanked on my finger and twisted it three times to the point it popped out of the joint. I had to request he stop touching me and asked for another tech. Tim did my nails today and did an amazing job. This was my first time coming here and I enjoyed my experience here. Would definitely recommend Tim if your wanting a design.
