Viviane is amazing. She took her time and provided the best service. I went in feeling really tired and with a headache, but by the time I left I felt much better. Also I live the place, it’s very nice and cosy. I will definitely be going there again.

This was my first time at L’amour and it won’t be the last. Everyone was so welcoming when I walked in without an appointment. The space is clean, large, airy, bright and tastefully decorated. I got a gel pedicure by Ivy and dip powder on my nails by Son. The chair was so comfortable and I had my nails done while I was getting a pedicure. They were both so nice and engaging. My nails & toes look great and it was a relaxing time.
I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received. I got my nails done just two days ago, and already four of them have broken. They were very thin from the start, so I’m not surprised they cracked. I called to simply ask for a refund since I’m traveling soon and heading back to school out of state, and I won’t have time to come back in. Even though the lady I spoke with was polite, she just kept repeating that they don’t do refunds and would only offer to redo my nails at a discount. I explained that this is... read more
