Went in for a pedicure this evening. I asked for a deluxe pedicure as I don’t mind paying extra for better products - I’m not sure what they think deluxe is?? But it certainly was not the service I received. The lady took her time, but was not very thorough and the green scrub they used left a stain on my skin? I’ve never seen that before. Left a $5 tip as I wasn’t overly happy and I felt bad, the owner, Cathy I believe, looked at me like i should be leaving more. A waste of $45 today. I will not be returning.
I am posting on behalf of my wife (her phone is a mess) As always I am extremely happy with the work done at this salon. Today was Alyse that nailed what I wanted. The nail techs are always so kind, friendly and go over the top to make sure you leave happy. *Thank you again*
I had such a wonderful experience at L’amour nails, From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. My nail tech went above and beyond to make sure my nails turned out perfect.
Got amazing nails! I am disabled too and they are very kind and accommodating. My nail artist is Amy. I would add a picture , but not sure how
