I started going here recently. The first time I got a hard gel fill, they were breaking within a week. I let them all come off, then went back to try gel x with them (because if I go anywhere else I typically have amazing retention. Tiana is seriously the BEST! She is so talented, creative, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave with nails you absolutely love. I came in with an idea, and she helped style and customize the design to make it even better than I imagined. Her attention to detail is incredible, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. Best nail salon I have found, I drive 35 minutes to come here!! Everything is super clean and esthetically pleasing. Tiana is absolutely amazing... she is super sweet, very quick, and does great work. I am always happy with my nails when I leave here. They also have the yummiest complimentary drinks, fun random raffles, good pricing, online booking, and have services other than nails.

I called in advance to make an appointment. I asked how much it would be to take off hard gel and clean up nails, get cuticles trimmed. I was told it would $16. When I was checking it I was charged $31.99. For less than 20 min. I called and requested to talk to a manager and was told I would get a call back and no one has reached out. I was expecting to pay the amount of I was told over the phone. I feel like they overcharged me and never offered a solution.
