The salon is clean and bright—just beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but are also professional. I go to IVY, and she does very thorough/clean work, and is gentle with the skin on my hands. She’s also a down-to-earth and patient person. She has never scratched or cut me with the electric file, and I appreciate that so much! She does her best to make sure you get what you want, while also offering her knowledgeable advice. I love getting my nails done here! Every time is excellent service and quality. Tiana is my girl, but the other techs are great too. The refreshments are also a nice bonus.
