I'm an anesthesiologist and used to run a surgery center with 7 hand surgeons. Unfortunately, all are retired or dead. I had a trigger finger and saw Dr. Cardon. He released it with an 18g needle so I didn't need an open surgical procedure. He's extremely professional and talented, and a nice guy to boot. His office staff is great. Office is across the street from Alta Bates hospital in Berkeley. I highly recommend him.
I didn't used to write reviews when I first went to Dr. Cardon around 2011 but now I feel the time has come I have to say that I am very grateful everyday for the use of my hand and arm. I had broken my right wrist about 3 months before my second accident. The first accident I had gone to San Francisco General Hospital where I had gone to probably what was an incompetent Doctor Who did not set the wrist right so that led me to fall 3 months later. I was unable to use my hands due to double, crippling, carpal tunnel. Dr. Cardon performed the corrective surgery on both hands at the same time. I had immediate relief and was able to have my hands fully functional again. My friends and family are amazed that they cannot detect a scar on my wrist.
