I dislocated my thumb and tore my thumb UCL. The first time I've ever caused any damage to myself like that. Admittedly very nervous to go through this entire procedure. Dr. Cardon (and his staff) took initiative to get authorizations done with my insurance company to ensure every appointment was smooth sailing. This has honestly been one of the best customer experiences that I've had. Just sucks that I had to hurt myself to get it
Dr. Cardon did a fantastic job on an in-office procedure for me today. The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable, Dr. Cardon explained things clearly and patiently, and the procedure went very smoothly! Thank you Dr. Cardon and team!
Dr. Cardon and all of his staff are the best. They talk me through things, had time to absorb my questions, and were great with my procedures.
I'm an anesthesiologist and used to run a surgery center with 7 hand surgeons. Unfortunately, all are retired or dead. I had a trigger finger and saw Dr. Cardon. He released it with an 18g needle so I didn't need an open surgical procedure. He's extremely professional and talented, and a nice guy to boot. His office staff is great. Office is across the street from Alta Bates hospital in Berkeley. I highly recommend him.
I didn't used to write reviews when I first went to Dr. Cardon around 2011 but now I feel the time has come I have to say that I am very grateful everyday for the use of my hand and arm. I had broken my right wrist about 3 months before my second accident. The first accident I had gone to San Francisco General Hospital where I had gone to probably what was an incompetent Doctor Who did not set the wrist right so that led me to fall 3 months later.
