Quick, attentive and friendly staff. The facility is very nice and makes you feel comfortable when you are feeling your worst. The Doctor is extremely attentive and sincerely listens to your concerns and needs.
Deborah the office manager too my prescription into her own hands and decided I no longer needed it. This is after he called telling me I owed for every visit I HAD PREVIOUSLY. she told me she was head of billing, and they didn't accept my insurance, 2 year after I've been going.... When I got upset she removed myself and my fiance as patients. I explained there is no reason for someone in billing to know the details of my prescription or visits, she said she was a nurse, just not one I've ever seen... Worst staff ever. Do n... read more
