Customer service was very poor. I walked in hoping to find jeans that fit with my friend today, while in store I vocalized that I was looking for a worker and there was one standing right next to me. The worker had purple hair and when I asked if she worked there she seemed annoyed I even asked. The worker passed me to another worker who had blonde hair and also gave off the vibe that she didn’t want to help me. She asked what my size was and I said 00 or 24 and 31L. Unkind manager. Poor customer service. This appears to be a common theme based on recent reviews. I came into the store for an exchange, there was a price difference between the items and the manager was unwilling to offer solutions because I brought in a gift receipt. They had a ‘nothing I can do, it’s store policy’ attitude. It wasn’t a big deal for me to track down the original receipt but the manager was insistent I receive store credit rather than refund. terrible service, unkind staff. No need to get mad at a customer for stepping on the floor after you mopped it, if yall are going to start closing tasks a half hour before closing maybe turn the open sign off

My wife and I visited the store today plus the clearance side. Received excellent customer service throughout the whole time there. Kris at the hat counter was friendly and accommodating. She did a great job shaping my new hat. Thanks lammles staff.
