The ladies on the floor on Saturday around 12-1 were incredible. They went out of the way to help my cousin and I and were constantly checking in on us. While we didn’t have any luck this time, they made it a great experience and we really appreciated their work!
It's not our responsibility that Lammle's changed its system and failed to ensure that previous purchases and customer information carried over properly. When we came in to exchange a pair of Wranglers that were coming apart at the seam, we were told our purchase was no longer in the system. I am surprised they are still in business. We accidentally walked behind the register and we got yelled at and scolded by staff. Yes, we made a mistake. That said, there were no signs indicating that one should no pass through there. I don't like shopping where staff are rude and tactless.
