It's not our responsibility that Lammle's changed its system and failed to ensure that previous purchases and customer information carried over properly. I am surprised they are still in business. We accidentally walked behind the register and we got yelled at and scolded by staff. Yes, we made a mistake. That said, there were no signs indicating that one should no pass through there. I don't like shopping where staff are rude and tactless.

After reading the last few customer reviews before I went shoppong at Lammlies, my expectations were pretty low for the level of customer service that I expected. I came to the store when they were just opening for the day and I was greeted by Shay with a warm smile and a 'Good Morning". i found Shay to be extremely pleaseant to deal with and very helpful when it came to chosing a new cowboy hat.
