Staff was very friendly, there was a lot of available parking. Came in for a specific pair of boots, as I didn't want to order online since I was unsure of the size. Didn't have what I wanted in stock, but was shown some options for sizing so I could order online.
I was just in the store and the lack of customer service was very surprising. When we asked about belts and buckles no one bothered to come out from behind the counter to help they just pointed and directed even though they weren’t with another customer and then when when we wanted to look at specific belt buckles after staring at the case for quite some time we had to ask for someone to come over again who wasn’t busy with a customer. I'm shocked with all the positive views about this location. I normally love Lammle's but after today not so much. I went in to spend a few hundred dollars on new boots and also drove 4 hours and not one person was around to help with sizes or my questions. There was also stuff all over the place. Not as clean as tje West Ed store is.There were a few people in there looking for help and no staff.I even had someone with me who was also looking for boits and he never got helped either.The 1 staff that we did see was standing a... read more
