Recently saw Ms. Lamm about a chronic sinus infection. For some baseless & unknown reason she dismissed it as a 'pet allergy'. Ms Lamm didn't even ask if I was even ever near any animals.(NO!) When presented with MORE symptoms that suggested something other than an 'allergy', Ms. Lamm dug in her heels and arrogantly and INCOMPETENTLY kept insisting I had an ALLERGY. Now the VIRAL INFECTION I ACTUALLY had has developed into Bell's Palsy. Luckily I'll be ok, but I wonder how many others Ms. Lamm has harmed with her gross incom... read more
