I had called in to make an appointment but the receptionist was rude and kept getting an attitude with me. At a point I almost stopped them and asked if everything was ok or if I had offended them. The experience very much so turned me off from this place.
I had ptosis surgery plus eyebrow lift to improve my vision. Dr. Rajjoub was awesome! I can't say enough good things about her. She was very warm, caring, and compassionate, while also being very professional. She did an amazing job on my eyes, and her tried and true experiential advice prior to my surgery made my recovery quick and uneventful. I am extremely grateful! I have recommended her to many friends already!
Dr. Rajjoub is nothing but the upmost professional, compassionate, and patient doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been suffering from Ptosis for the last 10 to 15 years and recently got it corrected by Dr. Rajjoub. The procedure was simple; I will say, the most painful part of the surgery is the numbing. Dr. Rajjoub did an amazing job with correcting my ptosis. Not only were the results amazing, but the process overall (consultation, surgery, post-surgery) was great because of Dr. Rajjoub. She is very kind and extremely intelligent in what she does that I had no doubt in her skills and how the results would turn out. I highly recommend her! 😊
