If there was a way to not give them even one star I would do it. They are not welcoming at all. don't go there if you are on immigration assistance (brown paper) because they make you pay anyway.
The clinic's treatment is very bad, and when you make an appointment they will be late and you will have to wait almost two hours

Very inconvenient! They male it impossible to get an appointment. The phone keeps rings and noone ever responds. You can't leave a voicemail as well!! I went there in person when I couldn't reach out to them and there was a note on the door saying that they're away!! The note was very unclear and messy, also they didn't bother adding that to the greeting message when you call so you don't waste time going there!!! Very careless of them!
