Super pleased with their service! Had a small order that I was struggling to find a place to fill. I sent them the art and they shipped everything to my house in roughly a week. Would use them again!
We have been using their products for years, and I have never once thought about going anywhere else. As long as they allow us to be customers, we will always get our event badges through them. We have never once had an issue and they make sure that we get our product on time and correct!!!
I have to give a shout out to Kim who answered the phone and followed through trying to help me find the correct bushing for my laminator. I don't often run into customer service like this! Through multiple emails she found detailed dimensions for some bushings I was looking for and although it turned out not to be the right fit, the amount of time she ended up saving me by getting specifics was enormous! We are trying to help a local school with their laminator so they don't need to replace the equipment. Thank you Kim!!
I got great customer service from Travis in the Chat and Linda over the phone. You can submit pictures in the chat. Both were very knowledgeable and patient and help me get my problem resolved.
The conduct of the two individuals staffing this location was notably unprofessional. During my visit to obtain employee identification, I was subjected to treatment that suggested criminal behavior. In over two decades as a contractor, I have never encountered such an experience.
