Manuel called, we made an appointment, and he was on time. I told him what I wanted and he made some suggestions that I hadn't thought of. When time for installation, we received better than FIRST CLASS service. Roy, and his team, arrived on time (8:00 AM on a Sunday morning). Yes, it was on a Sunday. My scheduling wouldn't allow any other time, and they obliged. They came in and worked as a team!! There was NO lost motion. Very prompt ad professional services. The countertops look great was installed in less time than estimated to complete. Did have to call them back to secure dishwasher to countertop but they did immediately return.
Overall they did a good job. They worked tirelessly to accomplish the job. I would recommend them; however, I checked the work and found some of the laminate on the wall was loose. It was a tough wall and apparently they did not smooth out the surface well enough. Overall, I enjoyed their attentiveness and their willingness to satify the customer. My experience with Laminate Countertops couldn't have been better. The salesman was on time and experienced. After I picked my countertops to be installed, we set the date for a few days later due to my schedule. The crew that installed the new counters were great. They broke down the old counters quickly and even helped me to take out the sinks since my plumber never showed up. They worked quickly and cleaned as they went. I was very pleased with the husband & wife team that did the installation, very courtesous, pleasant, and they did an exceptional job at getting everything installed and completed in 1 day....cleaning up after the job was to a perfection.
The countertop guy I hired was awesome. He was right on time and budget. Verry friendly and easy to work with. Highly recomend.
They did a great job, including installing a new sink that required more plumbing than anticipated. They were late showing up but worked hard and consistently until the job was done.
