I took in a brand new infinity rod to get it swap sometime in October for a different spec. They didnt have in stock so they say it was on back order while they took my rod and they say it will arrive in 2 weeks. Now they say it's going to take 2 more weeks and then now another month. I normally don’t post on companies, but beware Lamiglas and their AWFUL customer service. I ordered a rod during BFCM discounts and even emailed service to confirm the shipping information — they told me it was shipping no problem. Lo and behold, 2wks later I get notice they cancelled my order because the product suddenly went out of stock. I could have ordered from somewhere else while BFCM discounts were still active, but they didn’t give me that chance because they were dishonest about in-stock levels. Not really a bad review kinda person...but i Gotta be honest, I’ll never buy another lamiglas again. I ordered an x-11 baitcaster just to have a rod to throw hardware, took it out after first 2 weeks of buying and it snapped like a twig under no fault of my own. Then i had to pay $65 for a replacement (rod was $120). Made the mistake of ordering another lamiglas product - 12’ 6-15 redline for my centerpin set up. Bad customer service with fake warranty
RecommendedFor years I have targeted big King Salmon off the central California coast. My biggest to date was 19.4 pounds. My friend Jon at Dreadnought Rods wrapped a pair of new Kenai Kwik XCC Rods for me, a 10’-6” and a 9’-3” his work is top shelf. On my last day of Salmon fishing 2020 I hooked and landed this beauty on the 9’-3”. 20 minutes to wear him down and a fine net job and he was on the deck. RecommendedI’m 40 now. I’ve been using lamiglas since my dad gave me his red Kenai king. As I look at my current line up 4 out of my 5 are lamiglas. I own everything from the gseries to the 9’8 si .(which Imvh is unrivaled by any other all arounder) my newest addition will be the 10’6 infinity. Only one I didn’t have. They are honest and fair if you need to use your warranty, btw I heard about what that loser did with your si design. I thought that was total garbage. I hope guy never lives it down.
