Poor customer service... After buying nothing but Lamiglas for years this experience has me going elsewhere to buy rods from now on.
I'm one to never complain about compaines but I have to warn others. I HAD a 9ft 8wt x11 fly rod, for the little time i used it, it was a fantastic rod. Unfortunately for me the tip broke off on the top half. So i messaged them via facebook and got a response within their 2 week time frame (due to covid). I provided multiple pictures of the broken piece. I even proposed just buying and new top half instead of sending it for repairs. Customer service and lack of follow up is horrible.
Excellent craftmanship! I absolutely love my new Redline 9'11" it is by far the best drift rod I've ever wrapped my mitts around. A**gain this is a beautiful wand and I thank you for helping anglers achieve the goals of success.
I purchased a Lamiglas rod via their web page. They were advertising a BOGO sale. I did not receive the second rod with my order. I have tried to contact their customer service by sending several email AMS and have left several voicemails. I have not received anything from them. Their return policy states there is a $25 restocking fee for returned product.
