I had the insurance take my car here, the lady at the desk would. Constantly text or call me trying to get me to approve and pay out of pocket for services because she claimed the insurance company was denying everything. I sent all the screenshots to the insurance company only.to be told they had not requested those services. They had my car for about 7 weeks. From drop off to picking up the car, everything was perfect. Courteous, pleasant, informed, and best of all, the car looks great, inside and out.
Not sure why, but this is a bad company. I had my car hit Oct 2024, the cost was almost $14,000 and in Jan 2025 I hit a car that cost about $4,000. I got pulled over for my taillight out. After looking at it I see it full of water. I was confused because I had that side fixed. I called to talk to a manager, because they have no record of any service with me. Wow.
