Quality of work was excellent but management was terrible to work with. They were not truthful with me and would not release my vehicle when completed. Thankfully my insurance company got involved to release my vehicle. After work was completed they stated vehicle was at a sister facility even though it was sitting by there front door. They stated I would get back when they get it back. For 5 days they stated vehicle was not done even though they did nothing before they released it. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Estimate for insurance was quick and accurate
My Tacoma hit an ice patch on I494 this winter and spun into the concrete median. The repair was over $23,000, just shy of the insurance totaled value. State Farm recommends you go with one of their certified partners, but LaMettry's coordination was fantastic.
