Professional and very good at communicating during the process! My car looks great and would highly recommend them!
Great Customer Service. Very Friendly. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process my car was getting fixed. AND my car was returned so clean. Amazing job!
In general poor communication leading to missed appointments, misunderstandings and lost time. Glass department manager will call you a liar as well so that was nice. Generally speaking I do not do bad rating because it is not worth my time but the way LaMettry’s glass does business is beyond unacceptable. Definitely lost a customer after these last two bad experiences. What a disappointment.
Great professional employees. I had a deadline for my car to be completed and they came through. I would recommend LaMettry's Collision to anyone who needs their services. Elfie Shea
