In general poor communication leading to missed appointments, misunderstandings and lost time. Glass department manager will call you a liar as well so that was nice. Generally speaking I do not do bad rating because it is not worth my time but the way LaMettry’s glass does business is beyond unacceptable. Definitely lost a customer after these last two bad experiences. What a disappointment.

They kept me informed and the interior of my truck was detailed beautifully. The paint is orange peeled and never looked like it was de-nibbed or the dirt in the clear coat sanded out.
