Jason Rains and the crew at LaMettry’s in Burnsville really delivered, repairing my daughter‘s car on a tight schedule while she was out of town. She had been the victim of a hit-and-run, and the whole ordeal was really frustrating – until we got to LaMettry’s. It’s never good when you need body work, but in my experience, it doesn’t get better than LaMettry’s.
We’ve brought three different cars and have always had a great experience. Leanne was especially helpful throughout the process. She communicated clearly, kept us updated, and made everything easy. She also worked well with our insurance. The quality of the work was excellent and it’s reassuring that they stand behind it with a warranty. Our cars came back looking beautiful! Communication was great. Front ladies were nice and helpful especially this was my first insurance claim. Only issue is why there was an extra 372 miles on my car. Car went in with 61,550 and left with 61,922. Other than that I would recommend.
They kept me very well informed every step of the way of my car’s repair. The work they did is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend them. If I ever need them again, I will use them again for sure.
