My experience with LAMCO has been extremely disappointing. They are very responsive and easy to reach before you sign the contract, but once you’re committed, communication becomes almost impossible. Getting answers or updates after signing was consistently difficult. LAMCO also failed to perform a proper move‑out inspection, which created unnecessary issues and confusion.
