Excellent sales experience

My experience at the start was good. Sales representative had the car ready for me to go. Now I can’t say the same anymore. When I went to pick up the car again easy and smooth process. I went home and totally forgot about the direct deposit that they put on the car for hold. I double checked my bill of sale and it did not indicate that it was put on the amount of the car.
