100% satisfied. Lambton ClimateCare is an excellent company to deal with. It started with Mark H, who wasted no time in sizing up the requirements for a new HVAC system. I received his quote the next day, with an option to go with a Carrier furnace and AC system, or a furnace and heat pump system. The quote included a new smart thermostat. This review is a year late, but I want to credit the company with doing a very good job installing a complicated system for an older home. Good communications, no complicated sales pitch, good listening from Mark. Punctual, efficient work from Malcolm, Brendan, and another guy whose name I've forgotten. When they needed an outside trades guy, they had the contacts and got him on the job in little over an hour. My only concern is about the size of the units we had installed. My whole experience with Lambton Heating and Cooling was amazing! I hired them to fix the mess of a botched install by a bigger company. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, and overall just great to deal with. The technicians, Andrew & Devon C. explained every step of the way and made sure I understood what they were doing. Doug R and his apprentice did a great job cleaning, troubleshooting and ensuring my gas insert is in good working order. Thank you Lambton Climate Care. You saved us on the hottest week of 2026! Doug was amazing and had our central air conditioner up and running, fully cleaned and serviced, quickly. He explained everything he was doing and what he was seeing and reading on the diagnostics. You'll be our go to HVAC people from now on.
