He explained everything he was doing and what he was seeing and reading on the diagnostics. You'll be our go to HVAC people from now on. We fired up the AC to ensure it was working after the winter and we are glad we did as it was DOA. Doug R from Lambton Climate Care to the rescue. We received a text in advance of his arrival and he was quick to diagnose the almost 10 year-old compressor as the issue. The good news was that it was still under warranty!
