The lady that talked to me about the works plus didn’t explain that it was just an alignment check she made it sound like I was getting an alignment done so I paid for the upgraded service just for them to tell me what I already knew that it needed an alignment Also, the guy that I dealt with at the service department was off his rocker. I was also told because I want to upgrade my truck that they would get to me some pricing which was never done
Great experience purchasing a new truck. Justin was extremely helpful and professional and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Extremely pleased with the truck and would definitely recommend Finch Ford. Great job by everyone on the team!
