I placed an order through 1-800 Flowers on February 24th to be delivered on March 5th. They delivered them yesterday, February 25th. I have tried calling all day during their posted business hours. A recording comes on each time saying this number is not taking calls at this time. This is suspicious. I do not have an issue with the arrangement, but I have a big problem with a business that ruins a special occasion and doesn't allow customers to contact them. I recently ordered a cut flower arrangement for an Anniversary surprise. I spoke with Cindy when I called to order, and she was extremely courteous, friendly and attentive to my request. I picked it up several hours later, and it was beautiful! The shop is more than flowers...they have pretty home decor and unique gift items. Nothing can compare to shopping a local business compared to ordering unseen on-line. I will certainly order from "Lamb's" again.
never open when ive gone up there when it claims to be 'open' and based on these reviews, thats a good thing. yikes. employees seem extremely immature
Very happy with my arrangement that I picked up this afternoon! It was done quickly and very last minute and she accommodated me very well. 💙
If there were zero stars that’s what I’d give! Placed an order online and gave payment! Flowers were never delivered! Sent messages via email and facebook messenger about order bc the phone kept going to voicemail! Finally someone replied on FB and was very rude! Said the order should’ve never been accepted bc she had turned everything off on her end and I would need to call Telefloral!
