My experience was disappointing. Though Dylan is a kind soul and very pleasant to work with, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before moving forward here. I was diagnosed with a $4.5k repair and told (in writing) I had the correct part to order myself to reduce the cost. If I could give more than five stars, I would. What started as a routine oil change and fluid fill turned into a major problem due to mistakes made by another shop in October. Dylan went above and beyond—arranging Ubers to and from work and even a ride home when my car couldn’t leave the shop.
