Seems like they have an amazing team that works together not only to help customers but coworkers also. Very happy with work and the price for services! Disappointed in how this all went down. Took the car in Saturday, Beth was extremely nice and sounded competent, and I was hoping for a positive mechanic experience. HOWEVER, when I went to pick the car up Tuesday, she was off, and Philip, also nice, didn't seem to know if things had been done or not. We noticed the tires were low, and so even though the work invoice Beth sent me Saturday said all 4 tires had air put in them, none of them had been done. Thier invoices are confusing as heck. A true gem of a car shop!!! I went to Lambs after having a bad experience at another car shop. The Lambs mechanics found the root cause of the issue my car was having. When I got there the mechanics in the garage ran their inspection and then brought me out and showed me what the previous car shop had missed. The experience was more than extraordinary.
